The 2016 / 2017 program is dedicated to students from social disadvantaged groups - living in poverty, single mothers and ethnic minorities. 30 students will be chosen from a pool of min 100. The 100 pool will be invited for interview based on a pre-screening process executed among at least 300 households

Internship programme

The Code Success Foundation is a Bulgarian based NGO in public benefit, which is following the mission of establishing grounds for social inclusion by boosting social alternatives, innovations and modern technologies. CSF is a new type of ecosystem for public and professional development, which supports the process of growth of new ideas, projects and investments with high social and economical effects.

We in CSF are recruiting Interns in the field of project development and management

Takes part in the process of collecting, processing and evaluation of data about open calls for financing related with the CSF goals.

Supports the project proposals development process for different national and international programs, e.g. EU financed operational programs, EC centralized opportunities and corporate sources.

Participates in the management process of externally financed projects.

Takes part in the process of collecting, processing and evaluation of data about open calls for tenders and challenges.

Prepare documents and specifications by the name of CSF during tender or challenges participation.

Establish and keeps contacts with partner organizations and other institutions.

Full time paid 6 months internship.

Gaining experience in a real time work environment.

New skills in the field of project fundraising from EU and international public funds, as well as private equivalents.

Minimum completed bachelor degree in relevant discipline as economics, public administration, EU programs and projects etc.

Knowledge in EU and international programs and funds and related legislation, i.e. public procurement procedures, regulatioins etc. will be considered as an asset.

To be at age of 29 or less

Not to be involved at any kind of labor engagements, trading contracts, i.e. private traders, general managers, service contract etc.

Are not involved in any forms of education, incl. full-time, executive and distant forms of education, as well as any forms of professional training and key-competence development courses.

Communication skills.

To be creative, innovative and motivated, esp. for acquiring new skills and knowledge.

Multitasking skills.

Can describe s/he as team player and responsible person.

Ability to work under stress and in tight deadlines.

Analytical thinking.

Organized person with attention to the detail.

Result orientated.

Driving license will be considered as an asset.
